Cancellation Policy

If you are late 

Please let me know ASAP if running late. If more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled.You may also only receive services for the remainder of your allotted appointment time. I will do my best to apply as many extensions as possible with the remaining time from your originally scheduled appointment.

If you are a No Show or Last Minute Cancellation

If you DO NOT show up or have FREQUENT last-minute cancellations, 4 hrs or less, please forgive us but we will not be able to book you in the future. You will be responsible for the missed appointment in Full.

If you need to Reschedule

I understand that life is hectic and appointments need to be rescheduled from time to time, I do ask that you provide at least a 24 hour-notice so I can offer your appointment time to another client.I will always do my very best to work with you. If rescheduled less than 24 hours, you are responsible for 50% of the appointment.
